Order & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Klarna (invoice, installment plan), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed via encrypted connections.

Can I order on account?

Yes! With Klarna, you have the option to pay your invoice within 14 days. This way, you only pay for the products you wish to keep.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, immediately after your order, you will receive a confirmation by email with all the details. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Within Germany, delivery time is usually 2–4 business days. For deliveries within the EU, please allow 4–7 business days. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your pieces arrive safely.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within the EU is free for orders over €150. For orders under €150, we charge a flat shipping fee.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently deliver to all countries in the European Union. If you live outside the EU, please contact us - we will find a solution.

How are the products packaged?

Each piece is individually wrapped in protective film and tissue paper and shipped in sturdy cartons. For particularly delicate items, we use additional padding. We use as little plastic as possible and rely on recyclable materials.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return products?

Yes, you have 30 days from receipt to return unused products in their original packaging. Please contact us via email beforehand so we can provide you with the return details.

Who pays for return shipping?

The buyer bears the costs for the return, unless the goods are damaged or faulty. In this case, we will of course cover the return costs.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

This shouldn't happen, but if it does: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll find a solution — whether it's a replacement or a refund.

Products & Care

Are your products handmade?

Many, but not all, of our pieces are handcrafted or produced in small manufactories. This means that each piece may show slight variations in color, grain, or shape — this is not a defect, but rather makes each piece unique.

How do I care for travertine products?

Travertine is easy to clean. Wipe the surface regularly with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use acidic cleaners (no vinegar, no citric acid) — these can damage the surface. Small traces of patina that form over time are natural and make each piece more individual.

How do I care for terracotta products?

Terracotta is a porous material. Avoid standing water and wipe away stains promptly. For regular cleaning, a dry or slightly damp cloth is sufficient. Terracotta is not dishwasher safe.

What does 'limited edition' mean?

We deliberately produce small quantities of each piece. Once an item is sold out, it is generally not reordered. We do not provide advance notice of remaining stock — if you like a piece, we recommend not waiting too long.
